The last couple of weeks in entertainment news haven't just been dominated by The Dark Knight Rises and the Kardashians' newest addition. Robert Pattinson's name has been in the headlines, but not because of Twilight. It was reported earlier this summer that his girlfriend Kristen Stewart cheated on him, leading to their eventual -- and very public breakup.

Of course, it's easy for people, especially fans of Pattinson, to feel bad for the guy. Pattinson thought he had something special with Stewart. He thought they might be together for a long time, if not forever. And to top it all off, his personal life is now on display because of her adulterous ways. It makes sense to feel bad for Pattinson, but the media coverage and fans' celebrity obsession may be getting just a little out of hand.

The number of updates on Pattinson and Stewart's relationship has been almost equivalent to that of the Olympics and the 2012 Election. One day Stewart is worried about what Pattinson is going to say on a talk show. The next day, fans are reading about how they may reconcile. Now that would be a storybook, romantic comedy happy ending fit for Hollywood.

I read a great deal and I finally have the answer to what to do with all the books. I was raised to revere books and I do, but enough is enough. With e books, they weigh less and are more convenient sizewise. There is a drawback, though. I was recently flying from one coast to the other and would have had to pay $4.50 for WiFi in order to read! I did have an alternate reading source!

People like these clearly lead miserable lives. My life has enough challenges that I don't want to hear about who's cheating on who in Hollywood. Entertainment is one thing, obsessive nosiness is another. If Twilight fans enjoy the films, fine, but I wish there wasn't such attention directed towards the stars' personal, twisted dramas.

It is thunderstorm in a potty. Hollywood is making its new celebrity drama. They deserve their 15 minutes femme. BUT it would be much appreciated to write about their (lack) of talent and judge them by that and not by who screw up their relationship. I am not really interested about them. They are only 19-20 for crying out loud. They will enjoy life in the next 10 years without committing properly. Plus I think it is noone's business but theirs what they do with their lives and relationship. Shame on the journalists who can't find better thing to write about. Just think back how you behaved when you were teenagers, early 20s. Not all roses and sunshine isn't it?
