Though her star power has seriously waned since the takeover of her
one-time party pal Kim Kardashian, it looks like Paris Hilton is still
getting the last laugh.

The original celebutante is set to debut her 15th fragrance
Dazzle this summer, which will likely add at least $20 million to the
$1.5 billion in sales her Paris Hilton fragrances have generated over
the past eight years.

Yes, you read that right -- 1.5 billion.

"Creating a new fragrance or two each year has been a great way to express the changes I have gone through," Hilton tells WWD. "Now I have a whole wardrobe of them to choose from, from light and beachy to mysterious and sexy."

So it looks like Paris, to this day, is still raking in the money -- though now not so much in the limelight.

… I guess we can all live with that.

its easy to make money when you've got a powerful name like paris hilton and alot of dough. she came up with a perfume line. she wasn't a chemist who made it herself she probably just walked in there with the status she has, touched her chin and said " oh i think I'm seeing hmm flowers, pretty flowers, flowers with a beach smell, maybe like coconut, oh yes, definitely pretty flowers " . self made my eye, she got fame off her parents...

I'm glad for Paris Hilton, She deserves every dollar. More power to Her, I say. It's too bad, really, that She's not in the spotlight like She once was though. She's a very beautiful, smart, sexy and influential lady.

Self-made? Not hardly. While she may have increased her fortune, she never would have been able to do anything if not for the Hilton Empire millions at her fingertips.

Don't get me wrong, I don't begrudge her inheritance or money, but without it and the notoriety from being a bad, rich kid, her perfume would not have been the success it is because of it.
