"Boy Meets World" was one of the most popular shows of the 1990s, boasting a nice combination of talented young and veteran actors. The show was easy to follow, based around longtime childhood friends and siblings. Their journey throughout elementary, middle, and high school, as well as college and adulthood was chronicled during the show's nearly decade long run. To this day, "Boy Meets World" remains very popular amongst viewers, especially with its reruns airing on a regular basis.

Now in 2012 going into 2013, "Boy Meets World" could be back with a modern version of the show in the form of a reboot. Actually, it's more of a sequel, but close enough. According to TV Line, the sequel series is being developed by The Disney Channel and is titled "Girl Meets World." The sequel would be based around main characters Cory and Topanga's daughter, who will tackle the challenges of growing up, much like her parents did in the original series.

It is strongly rumored that Ben Savage and Danielle Fishel would be asked to reprise their famous roles as Cory and Topanga. If that were to happen, it could open the door for other past cast members to return, including Will Friedle as Cory's brother Uncle Eric Matthews, Rider Strong as Cory's best friend Shawn Hunter, and even William Daniels as the characters' former principal and mentor Mr. Feeny.

Sorry... I lived enough of my childhood watching t.v., I don't need to spend any adult life watching my childhood on t.v.... unless it's the original show and even then I never really watched this show.

Why not ?! they did it with 90210 and it turned out to be really good a reboot will be interesting to see if they asked soda head about 90210 reboot it would have been no so glad they redid the show I think they should do it I miss this show and honestly the only show they need to let die and never remake is gossip girl they ruined 5 and 6 for me it's just a big mess

I used to watch it when I came home from school. It would be interesting to see a new version of it, but I hope they choose real young people. The young actors nowadays are total tools and don't have the endearment of the original characters.

It was fun when I was a kid. I still watch reruns from time to time. But to see them older and different, and grown up, is a little weird. If it ain't broke don't fix it.

I honestly thought id never see this question. And thats cause i thought the show had its run. I am a fan of the show. I dont know about a re-boot though. They are much older now. So that might be nice, especially with Tapanga. Maybe they could make it a college series. I like what they did with Saved By The Bell. But i loved watching both shows when i was a kid. I am just not sure if i can picture a re-boot. I didnt know the show did that well. But if there was a re-boot i would watch it. interesting Mick Foley is in it.
