I think INDEPENDENT OBSERVERS should be sent in under the flag of the U.N to observe events on the ground. And both sides should be given a stern and stark warning that ABSOLUTELY NO MILITARY ACTION OR HARASSMENT against the observers would be tolerated AT ALL FROM EITHER SIDE. This is the only way that the world is going to get a FACTUALLY ACCURATE picture of what is actually happening there.
