Martin was called upon to give a speech at the funeral of his Auntie Joan. He reproached her for not following his medical advise and said that the village suffered from obesity with complications. Squirming in the seats followed.
And that is the problem with "free" health care. It isn't free to the taxpayer and the recipient sometimes isn't worthy of the care.
