I would watch it just for the laughs. See how much idiocy they are investing, and money to make this.

No offense, but the Bible is a bit boring. Making of movie of it would not be all too interesting. Now, I'm all for historical pieces, but the Bible is not historical fact, as most of the things cannot be proven to have happened or are just stories. Now, if they took a different route with it and made it a 'mockumentary,' then it would be a little more interesting. However, seeing as how there will be no movie based on the Bible, this is just me making silly little jokes about a silly idea for a movie.

This is the Bible written like it's a movie... the article says nothing about it actually being a movie. My reading comprehension actually drops when a work is in script format, and the Bible in such a format would be a bad idea for me.

Something unrelated to my interest but caught my attention from the article:
""The biggest thing, the unexpected plus, is that people will read an entire book of the Bible because it reads like a novel," Couch said."
Scripts don't read like novels. If you want the Bible to read like an novel, write it like a novel. There's quite a difference between reading a novel and reading a script. You can move through a script more quickly, but a lot of the narration is lost. I would expect this to hinder people's understanding of the words, not help it.

Honestly, I read the entire article and the excepts of it feel like a bit of a joke.

They actually said that in the article? I didn't read it, mainly because I personally see the idea of making the Bible written like a screenplay completely ridiculous. Now, the problem with this quote is that the Bible is technically already written like a novel. It has chapters, paragraphs, characters, plots(even if they sometimes make no sense), and even symbolism. However, it is a novel we cannot fully understand, as no one alive from those times is still around, and able to explain what certain phrases or wordings mean.

Primitive fantasy mostly sucks, especially the bible era.
It would be interesting if people didn`t actually believed in all of it without looking at it all first!

However, I don't think one movie will be able to do it justice. It should be a series.

Hey Guru, could you add this to your description? I think interested people should be able to have a copy of it.

You've taken it far too seriously. I consider it to be a work of short stories by numerous authors, some good, some not.

Its been awhile, but I saw Passion of the Christ. Not a bad flick.

With all the ridiculous trash circulating around Hollywood these days, I can think of far worse places to find source material.
