Anyone else supermega traumatized after watching 127 hours?

Just got done watching the movie. I watched it ALL, from swimming, to going crazy, to arm chopped off. It wasn't scary, just soooo intense. I'm in shock! It was so detailed, and I can't believe this really happened! Wow. Terrible, and intriguing, and wierd, and bothersome, and incredibly unfortunate, and sad, and extremely happy in the end...
