Anderson Cooper is over in Gaza at the moment to report on the Israel/Hamas conflict. But not everyone is happy with the job the CNN anchor has been doing, and some have even used Twitter to express their frustration. But Cooper isn't taking the criticism lightly.

"Foodie" @Pamela_Weiss sent Cooper a tweet saying "Report a fair story. Report facts. Why not talk about the rockets being fired FROM Gaza?!?" He responded with "ummmm.... I just did that and have beendoing repeatedly on twitter and on tv. Do you actually think before you tweet?" before adding "perhaps spend less time tweeting about coconut flan and more time actually following the news."
User @Rabbi_Sykes said "May just stop watching #CNN. Now @andersoncooper almost apologized for #Hamas dragging a dead 'Spy' for #Israel & yelling God is great! Oy!" Cooper's response was "excuse me, but how am I apologizing for Hamas by reporting them dragging a dead body through the streets? That is deeply offensive."
More abusive was a troll account who said "Didn't Cooper admit he was gay, if so let's let the Paelstians know and see what happens." Cooper replied with "wow, tough words from an anon Internet troll. why not use your name and photo, coward? Have some more fritos and keep typing." Was Cooper right to defend himself?

More famous people like this, please and thank you.
Seems there are a lot more homophobic bigots out there than most people think there are
ppl are are going to say the most vile things about you when you enter the public arena.
hence the top post on on this page and "her" vile comments....
but to let yourself get dragged down into muck with these idiots is unprofessional.
His disdain for Hillary Clinton (and most women), was blatantly obvious. Hillary stood in Obama's way and he was having none of it. Why are Gays so enamored with Barack Obama?
Hillary Clinton's views on Gay/Lesbian rights are as supportive as the views expressed by Obama. But Anderson Cooper, Rachel Maddux, Don Lemon, etc. slobbered over Obama.
