Amanda Bynes Photographed Smoking From a Pipe: Is She Spiraling Out of Control?

It’s official. Amanda Bynes is definitely Hollywood’s newest bad girl. It’s been brewing for months, with a string of traffic violations that include everything from talking on a cell phone to two separate hit-and-run incidents. But now TMZ seems to have a few smoking gun pictures that just might be the nail in Bynes’ coffin.

The website snapped shots of her earlier this week as Bynes drove around for hours on end with no destination. Not having anywhere to go isn’t a crime, but Bynes' license was suspended on August 25. So cruising, in this case, is against the law. Of course that offense is compounded by the fact that the "All That" star was snapped smoking from what looks like a marijuana pipe.

The crafty TMZ photogs managed to get in closer and even got a couple of shots of Bynes’ cup holder -- which appeared to either contain some leftover bits of pot... or oregano that spilled out of a bag on her latest trip to the market. The fact that Bynes downed some Taco Bell after one of her pipe-smoking stops doesn’t help her make any kind of case that she’s innocent. Do you think Amanda Bynes is spiraling out of control?

i think if you want to bag on someone who has done nothing for our childhoods its lindsay lohan and miley cyrus. leave AMANDA ALONE! we already knew she was a bit krazy- that's why we like her. all this is just stressing her out and wasting our breathes

The pot is part of the problem, but not all of it. I happen to live with a 19 year old, pot smoker. It makes him sloppy, hungry, and annoying. Fortunately not a hazard while driving. She may be having a hard time adjusting to unemployment.

Who knows what was in that pipe? I know I dont, but that's not why I think she needs help. I think it's irresponsible to text in drive. That's what caught my eye. Here's how I think about it. So you want to be irresponsible and drive into a tree or something and hurt/kill yourself, that's all on you so what ever. You get irresponsible and kill someone else or an animal that's not fair because of you irresponsibility . Because of you that person/animal died because your text or phone call was just TOO damned important.

This is sad for me because I used to love her and look up to her. I watched the Amanda Show, All That and her movies and I grew to love and admire her. That was all before the DUI and legal troubles too.
Now she has lost my respect with her legal troubles and drug and alcohol problems. When will she straighten her life out and realize that she is spiraling out of control before it is too late?
