It’s official. Amanda Bynes is definitely Hollywood’s newest bad girl. It’s been brewing for months, with a string of traffic violations that include everything from talking on a cell phone to two separate hit-and-run incidents. But now TMZ seems to have a few smoking gun pictures that just might be the nail in Bynes’ coffin.

The website snapped shots of her earlier this week as Bynes drove around for hours on end with no destination. Not having anywhere to go isn’t a crime, but Bynes' license was suspended on August 25. So cruising, in this case, is against the law. Of course that offense is compounded by the fact that the "All That" star was snapped smoking from what looks like a marijuana pipe.

The crafty TMZ photogs managed to get in closer and even got a couple of shots of Bynes’ cup holder -- which appeared to either contain some leftover bits of pot... or oregano that spilled out of a bag on her latest trip to the market. The fact that Bynes downed some Taco Bell after one of her pipe-smoking stops doesn’t help her make any kind of case that she’s innocent. Do you think Amanda Bynes is spiraling out of control?

I wouldn't say all 22-year olds do this but, I also think it's a phase and as long as she isn't involved in heroin or tiger blood then she will probably grow out of it.

Heh, Come over to the area where I live. Pretty much everyone her age is doing that. The only difference is we're not famous. And Amanda hasn't been in a movie in years. Or a big blockbuster one at least.
