Insider knowledge: Amanda Bynes hit it big with the kiddies and raked in a ton of cash for studio execs who made her believe she could do everything she wanted. So naturally she went into a spiral of drugs and sex and bad behavior, especially during her stint on What I Like About You. However, she grew up, her show got cancelled, her movies started making less money and going straight to video and the kiddies turned their attention to younger, fresher faces. Miss Bynes was still a name though and still sought after for projects. Like Hall Pass. Unfortunately, Amanda didn't realize that now she wasn't untouchable and had to show a modicum of professionalism instead of spending her day doing drugs on set. So she got fired and replaced. And no more offers came in. People started forgetting her. So Amanda had an idea. She announced "I'm retiring!!!", certain that such a dramatic announcement would make the world recoil in horror and bring in a flood of offers from hotshot directors desperate to work with her and asking her to reconsider her retirement. That didn't happen. So Amanda had to "unretire" a month later and beg people for roles. The hard way. Again, nothing came of it, and again, the world forgot about Amanda Bynes. So in between bouts of drinking herself into a stupor, Amanda thought of a new plan: just get yourself in the papers, any way you can. If you do, maybe someone, anyone might offer you a job! And here we are...

I really liked her on "what I like about you." I am sorry to hear that she is getting in trouble. I had heard she was giving up her acting career.
