Move over Lindsay Lohan -- there’s a new bad girl in town. The former Nickelodeon star allegedly got in another car accident over the weekend. A woman who was identified only as "Kisa" told TMZ that she was rear-ended by the 26-year-old actress on Ventura Boulevard in L.A. on Saturday. After Bynes’ black BMW is said to have collided with Kisa’s Toyota Corolla, it took the victim a few minutes to identify Amanda Bynes... who she described as a “hot mess.”
Bynes supposedly didn’t want to exchange insurance info, claiming the damage wasn’t that bad. And she left the scene before cops arrived. If the allegations are proven to be true, it could spell big trouble for Bynes who was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence in April and faced hit-and-run accusations twice in May. The string of fender-benders also can’t help but beg comparisons to LiLo’s ongoing list of car accidents.

Perhaps worst of all is the thought that, like Lohan before her, the once-promising young actress might be on a slippery slope of self-destruction. Bynes’ TV show “What I Like About You” went off the air in 2006 and she hasn’t appeared in a film since 2010’s “Easy A.” It’s a question of the chicken and the egg. Is her career suffering because of her potential partying ways? Or is she possibly dulling the pain over the fact that her star may be fading? She might want to look at LiLo’s rap sheet for a harsh reality check before it’s too late.

Also, why is it always women that get crap for driving drunk? Do men just not do it or do they just do too many drugs for people to notice?
However she is the new Amanda Bynes. And in their race to the bottom, she's well on her way to giving Lohan and others a run for their money.
She can't drive - - simple as that!
Eventually, she will either go to jail, or loser her license, or both - - just like all the others who can't drive, AND drink too much!
