She should have her license suspended for up to a year or two. From there, during her suspension, she should retake her driver's course, then once she passes, she should be put on a strict driver's probation meaning, no driving after sunset and before sunrise, and if in the even that she fails to abide by the rules, she is fined, and her vehicle towed. If she's in a collision that is of her fault, during her probation, she is revoked of her license until further notice, or until a decision is made until the length of time assuming that it is her fault.

See, people like her, who seem to get away with it, need it to hurt most where it should. Which is in their wallet.

You have people with NO license which means NO insurance come from out of nowhere and plow into your car... Happened to me... This person fled the country... Go figure!!!

Amanda should keep her driver's license... There are bad drivers anywhere you go... Just thank God she's driving LEGAL or the poor folks she ran into car repairs and hospital bills would never get paid....
