The comparisons between Amanda Bynes and Lindsay Lohan just keep coming. Bynes was charged Friday with two counts of driving with a suspended license, less than a week after her car was impounded, TMZ reports.

Bynes is also facing a DUI charge and two counts of hit-and-run. But last Wednesday, the 26-year-old told People, "I am doing amazing. I am retired as an actor. I am moving to New York to launch my career. I am going to do a fashion line."

She added, "I am not talking about being arrested for DUI because I don't drink, and I don't drink and drive. It is all false." Bynes may think she's doing "amazing," but her troubles with the law remind us of another promising-young-actress-turned-tabloid-fodder: Lindsay Lohan. Do you agree? She doesn't wear that much all the time. This picture was probably from a photo shoot some-where. Women do wear makeup. I guess that's part of the package... Less is better but sometimes more is required.

Sadly she will will take someone ones life. If she wants to take her own I have more problem with that but when U get behind the wheel of a vehicle drunk then yes I will judge that person and hope they will be punished to the fullest extent.

As this is her 3rd offense, she would have to prove to me that she didn't do it. Just because a person is rich doesn't mean they should be aloud to break the law whenever and however they feel like.

This is the first time she has ever been charged with a DUI. The other things are different. If this was a third time the Judge would not have let her go free without bond and until her trial date in October.

It's too early to tell. It's not fair to say shes "the new LiLo." LiLo has a long list of incidents. Bynes doesn't. Bynes could turn this all around & people wouldn't think she was a failure.

LiLo on the other hand, she's already been in so much trouble that it's become kind of a "permanent record" against her.
