I don't know all the facts and/or evidence, just heard little tidbits here and there. Sometimes I've personally seen some hairy sights with those photographers bunching into mini mobs when celebrities are trying to do things that we ordinary citizens do all the time without being bothered and I was shocked on one occasion, honestly. So I can see where there could possibly be a basis for punching one of those guys sometimes. Not that I condone violence, mind you, I just mean I can see where the emotions can run pretty high.

Then again, celebrities make mega bucks for what they do, and that is all paid for by the fans. So the celebs have to take that into account as well and bite the old bullet sometimes.

But what happened in this case I don't know, so I can't voice an opinion. But I do think that Alec Baldwin is one of the more obnoxious of the group with his inflated ego. Doesn't mean he was wrong, mind you, but he assumes the posture of a hothead when sometimes he shouldn't.

Bottom line, though: who cares. I surely don't. Let him face the music. If he broke the law, he needs to pay the piper. If he didn't, then the tabloids need to leave him alone. Simple enough.

Need to have none of the above or Don't Care, because I do not.

DO NOT Even care to know what any celeb does or says ..

Quite frankly ..
you are involved in an altercation .. expect to have that being investigated ..
if it happens that he instigated the attack .. so be it .. he should face charges ..

It is all a story, nothing is happening.

He has NO right to hit anyone on a public thoroughfare. The courts have repeatedly sided with paprazzi's and private citizens on this issue, IF they are in a public building, or street, or public space, the "celeb" has NO reasonable expectation of privacy.

That is what it comes down to-EXPECTATION of privacy. On a public street, or in a public building NO expectation of privacy.
