"30 Rock" star Alec Baldwin doesn't like photographs. At least, not when he's finalizing a marriage license. The 54-year-old actor reportedly punched a photographer in the face when the guy tried to get a shot of him leaving the Marriage License Bureau in New York City on Tuesday. Unlike the Bieber incident, this beatdown has some convincing photos to back it up. Still, Baldwin refuses to back down.
Photographer Marcus Santos told The Daily News, "He comes after me, starts shoving and punching me —- one time, right in the chin. And then he started shoving me, and pushing me. He lunged at me like raging bull." Baldwin stuck to his guns on Twitter. He wrote, "A 'photographer' almost hit me in the face with his camera this morning #allpaparazzishouldbewaterboarded ... I suppose if the offending paparazzi was wearing a hoodie and I shot him, it would all blow over." Do you think Alec Baldwin's attack was OK, or was it just a juvenile assault?

Is it not a crime to be violent against other person? (no matter the situation)
"..He lunged at me like raging bull" Was probably more like a raging mouse.
What about the poor guy that had his foot run over by Baldwin? Did you see how that went down. He returns from his ride and the "Paparazzi" look like "Best Buy" on Black Friday. He should be aloud to club them.
Personally i think Celebrities should be authorised to shoot on sight.
It's a trait of the victim - the paparazzi - that makes them worthy of being attacked.
The pap are way less than that.
