No. First of all, those shows come on during later time slots and the cartoon form isn't exclusively for children anyway. More importantly, it's entirely up to the parents to regulate what their children are watching. It's no one else's responsibility. If someone complains about these shows and want them taken off the air because their children keep watching them, then they are a bad parent and they don't monitor their children well enough. End of story.The TV is not a babysitter.
It is only stupid and irresponsible for parents to let their children watch those cartoons when they clearly know it has content in them not suitable for children.
