Adam Lambert's new goatee is almost as shocking as Jim Carrey's mohawk.

Almost.

The former American Idol contestant debuted a brand spankin’ new goatee at the premiere of the new Broadway musical Sister Act on Wednesday night. Glambert accessorized his new look with a gold chain necklace with thick gold coins and several silver rings.

Is it just us, or is there something frightening about this look?
