About Me

I am a Libertarian.

I believe that the Constitution of The United States of America strictly limits the roll of, and the powers of, the federal government, and that the current federal government has so grossly overstepped its authority that the Constitution has little or no meaning in Washington D.C. today. All three branches are out of control.

I believe that drugs are bad for you but also believe that the government should not be in the business of telling us how to live our lives so I am an advocate for legalizing ALL drugs. But I am very opposed to the government taking property from one individual and giving it to another so if someone chooses to ruin their life with drugs, I don't want the government taking my property and giving it to the drug addict as a form of wealth re-distribution.

I support the Tea Party. It has three main points it runs on:

Limited Government
Fiscal Responsibility
Free Markets

If you look closely, racism, abortion, gay marriage, legalizing drugs and many other contoversial social issues are not listed under the Tea Party agenda, you can be on either side of those issues and still support the Tea Party. If you are opposed to the Tea Party it is because of one of two things, you either oppose one or more of the three Tea Party issues, or you have formed an opinion of the Tea Party, and its members, based on things you have heard in the media.
