I'm Deborah,I'm 29 years old. What can I say? I'm just me. I'm quite shy until I've got to know people well. I spent most of my teenage years in a futile attempt to fit in with everyone else at school who either bullied me for being different or looked down their noses at me like I wasn't good enough to lick their shoes clean, now I don't give a shit what people think about me. You either like me or you don't... Being different is an advantage, at least you stand out from all the other sheep like people... I'm also a Fibromyalgia sufferer, & before anyone starts with me it IS a real condition & I wouldn't wish this on my worst enemy. When you have suffered the same pain & exhaustion & the myriad of other symptoms I do then you can comment. I'm sick to death of people telling me its all in my head because I can assure you it most definitely isn't. It is a recognised illness & should be treated as such. I'm very loyal to my friends & will defend them 100% even if I think they may be wrong. I'm also trying to learn how to speak Finnish as I have family who live in Imatra & it would be great to be able to speak to my cousins family in their own language. I like people who can make me laugh & are genuinely nice. I love music & I would love to be talented enough to write my own stuff but unfortunately I'm not... I also like to help out my favourite bands with promotion by re-posting bulletins on myspace & doing anything else that will help promote them. I also have a fan page for the band HIM, its number 3 on my top friends on myspace if you want to add it.... I also do some promo for Vio7 & co moderate some of Vio7's pages. Just because I'm into bands it does NOT make me a groupie, that kind of life does not appeal to me in the slightest & I hate it when people assume that's how you are. I'm not the kind of girl who sleeps with someone just because they happen to be famous. If your just after collecting profiles or just trying to add girls to your profile to chat up or cyber don't bother. I'm not interested. I'm here for friends not to pick up men, if I add you & you harass me with messages of this kind I will block & delete you. You may think that I'm being harsh but I'm sick of all the "Your Hot! Wanna add me?" messages I get. I want to be liked for who I am not how I look & I'm most certainly not looking for an internet boyfriend. I want people who genuinely want to make a new friend & have similar interests as myself & who actually intend to chat to me to add me to their friends list.
