People are just waking up to what the real stakes are. Many have become aware of how they've been getting fleeced over the years and those who have benefited from sweet deal entitlements are feeling their power base threatened. It's not surprising in a way that public discourse has escalated beyond civility. A lot of things are coming out in the wash now.

That's why I confided in you. You've got an honest face. What do you think of those who post a discussion on Sodahead and then block particular users to avoid being exposed to dissenting opinions? Such censorship was unthinkable in my young liberal days. But there seems to be many on the left today who practice it with glee.
