    Not much you can do, but sometimes they end up hanging themselves. Some employers grow tired of those types of people.

    try to do your best and avoid the rats as much as possible - I had a rat at my last job who would try to blame me for things she made a mistake on so I started initialing everything I did....when the boss asked why - I told her!

    I hate those types... But, unfortunately, they are mostly how the world run... rats control a great portion of the tension because most don't have the intellect to get advanced in life and they learn every detail of the job they have. I say let them piss on themselves and you will still see light because you are one with a brain...
