President Obama's mortgage speech. Is this Americas future?

-

Frustration boiling over

President Obama's mortgage speech - you know, the one where he basically said 'it's OK if you can't pay the mortgage, I have a band-aid for that boo-boo.

I'm telling you I want to go to that tea party.

You know, 'O' is promoting bad behavior because we certainly don't want to put stimulus forth and give people a whopping $8 or $10 in their check and think that they ought to save it. (Making Work Pay credit , formerly earned income tax credit.)

And in terms of modifications, I tell you what, I have a new idea.
You know, the new administration's big on computers and technology.

How about this, President and New Administration:

Why don't you put up a website to have people vote on the Internet as a referendum to see if we really want to subsidize the losers' mortgages
(Economic Stimulus Act)
or would we like to at least buy cars and buy houses in foreclosure and give them to people that MIGHT HAVE A CHANCE TO ACTUALLY PROSPER down the road and REWARD PEOPLE THAT COULD CARRY THE WATER INSTEAD OF DRINK THE WATER.

HOW THIS FINANCIAL MESS GOT STARTED

Who was Calling for what in Congress Several years ago and who was DENYING AND BLOCKING LEGISLATION. (Congress refused to listen, along with the arrogant, Congressman Barney Frank. This video says it all.)

The liberal media reportedly did not want this video on You Tube; it was taken off.

This link is of the same video but is routed through Canada . Everyone in America needs to see this before it is yanked off the airwaves again!

Mortgage giants ~ Fannie-Mae & Freddie Mac,

if they had been effectively regulated years ago the super charged sub-prime mortgage melt down that led to the current financial mess would have neither never had happened or would have been nowhere near as server.

What where those warring sign , who raised them & who disputed them ? Red Flags where raised.

"potential problem" (2001)

"cause strong repercussions in financial markets"(2003)Bush urging congress to regulate both Freddie & Fannie.

Congress refused to listen, along with the arrogant, Congressman Barney Frank.

This video says it all.

Video reveals warning.
This video clearly shows that George Bush tried to warn Congress starting in 2001,
that this economic crisis was coming, if something was not done.
You!

    LeeVee-
My wife and I are in our mid 40's and have never owned a home. We have long wanted to own one, but due to reasons beyond our control and some within our control, that we didn't, we have not had that opportunity. In the late 90's we got our heads above water enough to actually begin to dream of owning our own home. We looked and looked, but our credit was not quite up to snuff and all we could qualify for were ARMs. They tried some pretty tough sales tactics, but I asked lots of simple questions and was able to discern that this was not the way to go. We waited. We paid down our debts and saved money for a rainy day. Now I am finally in a position to start shopping and purchase a home on my terms and I resent the idea of having to pay for everyone else's greed. Most of these people knew they couldn't afford a home, but they chose to take the plunge. When you take a plunge, you should have a life preserver. I've got mine now. I may decide to share or give mine to someone, but Barry has no right to take it from me.
