    Phantom is loved by Stormy!

    yes

If one of my female employees did so to me or anyone else, she'd either be one step closer to being terminated from her job or simply terminated. End of story. There's so much liabilities the business can suffer if you let people do things like that. Lawsuits from either the employee who did the questionable act, or from the other employees for unfair and immoral practice.

I also expect my managers and supervisors/leads to adhere to this or their jobs would be on the line as well.

And no, I'm not really some "bosshole." I actually buy my employees lunch and give quarterly and yearly bonuses for good individual performance, or profit sharing. I just expect them to care about their jobs and the business to not do things that can hurt the company and themselves in the process.

Yes, but it's human nature to use what we got to survive. Lie, cheat, steal, be a slut. Whatever works.

Is there anything wrong with using your intellect to benefit your career? Or your snazzy fashion sense? Or your gift of the gab? Or your creative writing skills?
Hey, you've got to go with what you got. Some people have brains, some people have personality, some people have the ability to turn anyone's head when they walk by... and some people just have big boobs. You've got to go with your strengths. *lol* ;-)

Not in this economy. I wouldn't exactly sleep with someone to further my career, but there's no harm in a bit of flirting or baring of leg or cleavage.

That's really an individual choice. I wouldn't say it was "wrong" however, if one wishes to be recognized for their skills, intelligence and value as an employee over their sexuality... Probably not the best career move. There are consequences to the decisions we make.

i'd pick the answer about strippers but bartenders benefit by being sexually attractive as well and so do sales people - actors model or anyone who is in a highly visable position. As long as there is no sexual relationship going on between an employer and employee or co-workers i don't have a problem with it.
