Because its adorable, and as Evie said the chemistry is undeniable, and It has been for 5 seasons and still lingers even into the 5th season.
I just don't see it with Huddy.

Their chemistry is undeniable, and just the idea of the pairing itself is super sweet. Kind and gentle vs. sarcastic and rough. She gets to him, even though he doesn't like to admit it, even to himself. The Hameron moments in the show are absolutely priceless. -sigh- <3

And Huddy just kind of annoys me, I'm sorry to say. =/
