George Sodini: If the L.A. Fitness killer had left you his will, would you take his $225,000?

Psychopath George Sodini, had everything planned before his death. He left a $225,000 gift to the University of Pittsburgh. But as it turns out, the University rejected the killer's money. Now, that's a lot mone to reject. Would you have taken money from a man who killed 4 women before committiing suicide?

Answered: I would have taken George Sodini's money.
I would take it and donate it to our local Sheriff's Substation and Rural Crime unit to purchase kettlebells and other fitness equipment with.

Otherwise it would just go to something non-productive.

Hell yea. He damn sure had his issues and had no right to take anyones life, and that includes his own. However that money could be used to help a needy student complete their education in these hard and trying times. No one knows the impact that money could produce in the life of such a student. Let something good come from something horrible. Say a scholarship in the names of the women that lost their lives, what an honor to them.

Not taking the money would do...what exactly? Yeah, Id take the money. Id donate a large chunk of it to worthwhile causes, or else I would feel guilty, but its not like denying the money would any good for anyone except whoever the money ended up going to next. There's no magic taint to the money, its just a number in a database somewhere.

Now to the question. My God this is difficult and therefore worth answering. On balance and with considerable reluctance I would take the money and give it to charities in the hope that some expiation of these horrific crimes might be obtained.
