okay. i am really shocked with myself. i. am. enjoying. math. class. yes! me! i am enjoying math class! now last year i hated math. i thought it was boring and sometimes too hard. i thought that all my life! but this year, i was in LA first period, and i was like "i can't WAIT for math 3rd period." maybe cuz what we're doing is easy, or i have the best teacher ever (which is true) but i am enjoying and looking forward to math class! yay me!

worst day of my life

yesterday was the worst day of my life. because i found out that i have scoliosis. now, i'm not going to die. i'm not going to feel hardly any pain in the next 8 weeks. but i am going to have a MRI scan, surgery, lots of tiredness, and 4 weeks away from school which means away from friends and tons of homework. also no soccer for a while. as far as i can see is that this means is that i can probably bribe my rents to buy me some stuff but that's it. i'm going to miss my friends, no matter how much they come to visit me, which they promise they will, and i'm going to miss soccer and even some of my teachers. so, as you can see, i have a good reason for saying yesterday was the worst day of my life. i can't go a day not thinking about it. i just wish they would hurry up and do the frickin' surgery already!

it's my 14th b-day, my golden b-day, i'm so excited! tonight i'm going to have my awesome friends the hantzsch's over for a birthday dinner...i had my party with my school buds last friday. my mom's out getting me apple turnovers for breakfast from the orchard, yum! anyways

oh god i'm starting school in 9 days, i've got all my supplies and clothes, i just found out my teacher she's supposed to be pretty good. orientation is next wed. i'm excited but sad, summer went by too quickly you know? i know i'm gonna have a good time this year (even though none of my friends are in my class. darn). wish me luck!!

i finished that book i was talking about, and god i am so frickin' mad cuz alanna is not supposed to fall in love w/ jon, it's supposed to be george! george is handsome, funny, caring, and also the king of thieves, which is really cool. he's also made it very clear to her that he loves her. and jon, he keeps on flirting w/ other girls, plus he's the prince, and everybody likes him, and he's all perfect and nice. and stupid alanna goes and sleeps w/ him every night, and god i have to read the next book before i die! wish me luck that alanna & george get together!

starting monday i'm going to soccer camp. normally i would b excited, but this one is for girls and boys 8-14. and we all play in the same group! i'm a pretty good player, but i hate going against older people, and the people on my team who are older than me always sigh or groan when i mess up. it's so embarrassing! it's for 3 hours everyday from mon. to fri. it will b a horrible 5 days!
