I'm an Aspie thriving in a chaotic world. I work in a detox facility that helps indigent individuals with co-occurring psychiatric disorders get sober and get back on their feet. I love my job, and I believe that what we do is important. I believe in equality as opposed to special treatment. I take everyone as they are, and do my best to find a common ground. I won't tolerate bad behavior from anyone, regardless what their excuses are. If a person is a good friend to me, regardless of our differences, I'm loyal and will stand behind and beside that friend until the bitter end.
