I am a critter lover, as you can see from the pics in the Media Section. We have 4 "runt" Shelties. I'm one of "THOSE PEOPLE!" One of those who has the word "SUCKER" tattooed on the forehead, that only critters can read.

I am the "Alien Rocket Man From Uranus," the 7th Planet. I'm a retired "GEEZER." The 7th Planet is known as "Uranus." The pronunciation of the name of the 7th planet is often confusing. . . yur-anus. Not to be confused with just any-anus. It's yur-anus!

Uranus is the 7th planet closest to the sun. It has 27 moons. Inhabitants of the 7th Planet are called Uranians. If you've been "mooned" by a Uranian, you've really been MOONED.

In outer space one must be aware of Asteroids. Asteroids are like hemorrhoids on Earth. Sometimes we say an irritating person "is a real pain in the asteroid." I've noticed a lot of "name calling" on this website. If someone decides to insinuate I'm "stupid," an "idiot" etc; I'll give that person the opportunity to be enlightened by my by vast wealth of knowledge and common sense. However, if one of these people persists, and I sink to their level and I call them an "asteroid," the reader will understand what I'm talking about. In the end, I'll have to bring to their attention, that they've been conversing with "their anus!"

Uranus is named after the Greek god of the sky. I'm sure some of you out there will find some kind of bathroom humor between the Greeks and Uranus. Barney Frank is the expert on this stuff.

Uranus is the 3rd largest planet. It is one of the "gas giant" planets. It is made up of hydrogen, helium and methane. Yes, I'm sure many of you will find a way to work methane gas into our conversations. If you don't, I'm sure I'll try. Al Gore is the expert on Hot Air, Blow Hards, Wind Bags & stuff like that.

There is a difference between Conservatives and Liberals (Progressives):

If a conservative doesn’t like guns, he doesn't buy one.
If a liberal doesn't like guns, he wants all guns outlawed.

If a conservative is a vegetarian, he doesn't eat meat.
If a liberal is a vegetarian, he wants all meat products banned for everyone.

If a conservative sees a foreign threat, he thinks about how to defeat his enemy.
A liberal wonders how to surrender gracefully and still look good.

If a conservative is homosexual, he quietly leads his life.
If a liberal is homosexual, he demands legislated respect.

If a black man or Hispanic are conservative, they see themselves as independently successful.
Their liberal counterparts see themselves as victims in need of government protection.

If a conservative is down-and-out, he thinks about how to better his situation.
A liberal wonders who is going to take care of him.

If a conservative doesn’t like a talk show host, he switches channels.
Liberals demand that those they don’t like be shut down.

If a conservative is a non-believer, he doesn’t go to church.
A liberal non-believer wants any mention of God and religion silenced. (Unless it’s a foreign religion, of course!)

If a conservative decides he needs health care, he goes about shopping for it, or may choose a job that provides it.
A liberal demands that the rest of us pay for his.

If a conservative reads this, he'll forward it so his friends can have a good laugh.
A liberal will delete it because he's "offended".

For a period of about 10 years, my wife and I competed in a sport, Canine Agility. Her best dog was Foxie. Foxie is an AKC Champion in the sport. Foxie had to retire. . . arthritis! Both my wife and I had to retire from the sport, too. . . arthritis! You can see pics of Foxie, Shadow and Inky in the Media section. All 4 of them are "runts." Foxie, the tiniest weighed in at 12 Pounds. The other 3 are in the 13-14 pound range. Tiny tiny bodies. . . big bighearts!

I'm a custom fishing rod builder.
I live near a large lake and do a lot of striper fishing.

I didn't write this, but these are my sentimensts for:
PRESERVING OUR COUNTRY

Respect the Office of the President of the United States ? Yes.
Respect the Man in the Office? No, I am sorry to say.
I have noted that many elected officials, both Democrats and Republicans, called upon America to unite behind Obama.
Well, I want to make it clear to all who will listen that I AM NOT uniting behind Obama! I will respect the Office which he holds, and I will acknowledge his abilities as an orator and wordsmith and pray for him, BUT that is it. I have begun to see what I can do to make sure that he is a one-term President!

Why am I doing this? It is because:

- I do not share Obama's vision or value system for America ;
- I do not share his Abortion beliefs;
- I do not share his radical Marxist's concept of re-distributing wealth;
- I do not share his stated views on raising taxes on those who make $150,000+ (the ceiling has been changed three times since August);
- I do not share his view that America is Arrogant;
- I do not share his view that America is not a Christian Nation;
- I do not share his view that the military should be reduced by 25%;
- I do not share his view of amnesty and giving more to illegals than our American Citizens who need help;
- I do not share his views on homosexuality and his definition of
marriage;
- I do not share his views that Radical Islam is our friend and Israel is our enemy who should give up any land;
- I do not share his spiritual beliefs (at least the ones he has made public);
- I do not share his beliefs on how to re-work the healthcare system in America.
- I do not share his Strategic views of the Middle East.
-I certainly do not share his plan to sit down with terrorist regimes such as Iran.

Bottom line: my America is vastly different from Obama's, and I have a higher obligation to my Country and my GOD to do what is Right!

For eight (8) years, the Liberals in our Society, led by numerous entertainers who would have no platform and no real credibility but for their celebrity status, have attacked President Bush, his family, and his spiritual beliefs!

They have not moved toward the center in their beliefs and their philosophies, and they never came together nor compromised their personal beliefs for the betterment of our Country!

They have portrayed my America as a land where everything is tolerated except being intolerant!

They have been a vocal and irreverent minority for years!

They have mocked and attacked the very core values so important to the founding and growth of our Country!

They have made every effort to remove the name of GOD or Jesus Christ from our Society!

They have challenged capital punishment, the right to bear firearms, and the most basic principles of our criminal code!

They have attacked one of the most fundamental of all Freedoms, the right of free speech!

Unite behind Obama? NEVER ! ! !

I am sure many of you who read this think that I am going overboard, but I refuse to retreat one more inch in favor of those whom I believe are the embodiment of EVIL!

PRESIDENT BUSH made many mistakes during his Presidency, and I am not sure how history will judge him. However, I believe that he weighed his decisions in light of the long established Judeo-Christian principles of our Founding Fathers!!!

Majority rules in America , and I will honor the concept; however, I will fight with all of my power to be a voice in opposition to Obama and his "goals for America."
I am a thorn in the side of those who, if left unchecked, will destroy our Country! ! Any more compromise is more defeat!
I pray the results of this election will wake up many who have sat on the sidelines and allowed the Socialist-Marxist anti-GOD crowd to slowly change so much of what has been good in America!
