Try to get people to understand the $70,000 or $80,000 jobs are gone. Time to bring your life back into prespective. Cut back on unemployment, basically you are paying people not to work, they have no reason to go back to work because the money just keeps coming everytime they put there hands out, to remedy that problem reduce the amount they get every 6 months until they're down to zero. Then at that point you are shit out of luck and you have to look for a job. Welfare anf disability drugs test those that are trying to claim, I had to take a drug test for my job so if you want my money prove to me you're clean, if you're not then no money for you and these women that just keep pumping out children for the welfare state, stop paying for children after 2 kids you don't get anymore money for extra kids. Stop give other country billions of dollars...i.e. Egypt 80 billion a years (wtf). take care of our country first, screw our so called "friends" I do beleive the main problem is the president plus hia little cronies in Washington. I know this will piss off alot of the readers, but think about the money that is going to waste, and if you are still mad topugh shit.

I hope one of the first things the President tackles in his next term will be jobs. If the middle class have full employment, the taxes will improve our economy helping states with infrastructure, education, etc. We need jobs, jobs, jobs!

President Barak Obama has my vote. The Republicans say they want less gov. but they keep adding more and more laws to the roster. take pictures before you can vote,
Bush medicare part D, proof of citizenship and many other exorbitant rules and then they say get gov out of hair.

I'm disgusted in the concern politicians show us when it's an election year. What happens when one of them gets in? NOTHING! Correct me if I'm wrong, but nobody was looking after the doling out of the stimulous package. Why should we support financial institutions and not know where the heck our money goes? We seem to be the patsies and I'm tired of it. Did you hear anything about getting our JOBS back from overseas? In China, for example, they get slave wages and work seventeen hours or more per day. Not to mention the young children put to work due to their poverty. It's pathetic that we, who are so giving and humane, put up with their terrible situation. Job creation of the middle-class stirs the economy in the US. Unfortunately, our middle-class is still dwindling. How long do we have to wait for things to turn around. For example where are the jobs promised in energy? What happened to the Canadian pipeline? Why was it stopped? We are in dire need of closing our borders until this economic recession starts to reverse itself. As Americans I feel we must watch our governmental policies and look at them together. I honestly don't trust this government anymore. They are self-serving beaucrats and I (as well all shoud be) totally disgusted. I'm sure a good pe...

I won't be surprised if there are more protestors soon if things don't change. We just need to be true to ourselves and not expect miracles. The politicians talk of their families. We love our families just as much, so why is the government so blind while they "steal" our money?

No, I will NOT vote for Romney. He is so untruthful. Obviously he does not keep up on the current news, and neither do his advisors. To say that the President doesn't have a jobs plan - when he clearly does, and all of the other lies that he has spoken, turned us off. I thought he was a Mormon. If he is, he is an untruthful one. That's for sure! Maybe we need to know about the Mormon religion. It is a strange religion, and yet no one is bringing it up. WHY????

Politics was the rage in the years leading up to the first civil war. I think you should take advantage of the political polarization caused by the administration and continually inflamed by the media. Like in 1861,,,get worried when the arguing stops.

One of our basic rights is the right to petition the government, so let's start shaking things up by combining Petitions, with protest, corporate boycotts, a new non-partisan political organization that will push both parties away from total corporate domination.

Current Anti-Trust laws are old, outdated, and weak. A small number of corporate players in the the major market segments of the economy have near complete control of both the economy and the government, it is time to make a statement, and maybe new anti-trust laws will follow.

Please consider signing this imperfect petition or at least pass it on for others to consider!
http://signon.org/sign/new-an... It is not likely that Congress will do what is demanded, due to mega-corporate/mega-rich lobbyist domination, but at least a loud statement might be made.

You might consider checking out the number of petitions there,

The White House now has a segment at their website where you can view and sign petitions, it is stated that any that receive over 5,000 signators will receive the attention due.

The Forgive Student Loans Petition is there in a new incarnation there, when I signed there were over 20,000 signatures, it would be good to have several hundred thousand to make an impact.
