About Me
I am a retired and disabled U.S. Army Military Police SGT. I served from 1992 through 2002 and pray everyday for the safe return of my brothers and sisters. I support our troops but I do not support the administration that led and made decisions that cost the lives of so many of them, forever gone from this earth, because our government decided to act on emotion, without a plan and no body armor!!!!
I would love to meet Depak Chupra and pick his brain. Although I think he would pick mine for spelling his name wrong. LOL
Right now I am laid up from surgery. I just had my third shoulder surgery, which they fused this time, and I am a little depressed that my activities will be limited in the future due to it. Though I would not take back one day I had in the Army, the nightmares and the pain I could do without.
I am a writer and poet. I also enjoy being a photographer as well. You can find some of my works on photobucket under rhinelander_mantastic. I have two boys and am divorced. I have a great relationship with my ex-wife because we were both adult enough to realize that while we could no longer move forward in our lives without sacrificing our happiness, it was our responsibility to ensure the happiness of our children. Something to be learned there I think.
I am in love! Her name is Susanna and she makes me smile when I wake and longing in my sleep till I get to smile again. We met over a year ago and she makes me be a better person, a better man and more than ever, a lover of life; something that through my service to my country and a bad marriage I had lost along the way. I am forever in debt to her love and my only desire is to love her for all that I am and make her smile as much as she has healed my heart! I love you Sanna Banannas, you are my hunny bunny and for all to know, we are known as BenannaS! So BenannaS that we are now with child and so blessed to have been given a miracle, in all senses of the word! A Boy he will be, due November 7th, 2009! May grace fall upon his growth, health, mind and body alike...we love him already!!

The problem with our government, at any level, is not that they don't care....only that their caring is given to the highest bidder and we the people are the ones paying the bill, regardless of our own political affiliation.

Would explain why we are mostly liquid but every once a while get hit by a big space dump! HaHa!!

+7 raves It was exactly 42 days! I was deployed to Bosnia and because we had a real go getter of a battali... It was exactly 42 days! I was deployed to Bosnia and because we had a real go getter of a battalion commander, who just had to get there, we arrived one month and 12 days before "Brown & Root" (a subsidiary of Haliburton) had our base built. So we lived out of our Vietnam aged hex-tents, fed with deisel fuel for our stoves, in the middle of January!!! So not only did I get to clean with baby wipes for 42 days, but our gracious leaders, while well intended also forgot to bring our hot rations!!! Oh they brought the big-ass truck to cook the stuff in, but NO FOOD!! Good thing that our Platoon leaders had each truck filled with about 3 months worth of MREs!
Oh the memories!!!

I suppose there are those that claim peace in one hand and then do as they please with the other and truly, being a peaceful person has no one path to grace! While I have never blocked anyone, I do DR when the TOS has been violated....that is the path I have chosen to lead here on SodaHead and I would never claim that my path is more righteous than any others...
...that being said the "Peace Polls" you mention are meant as an inspiration to change thought, not as attack on anyone's method of control here on SH!
