Debates about Same-Sex Marriage:
I think that marriage does not always have to be between a man and a woman. You choose your own path in life and no one else should tell you different. The government has taken away their right as citizens. You shouldn't be allowed to make a law that counters the rights that are given to you by the Constitution. You choose who to marry and you choose your way of life. Homosexuality is not a bad thing and you can't treat them differently than others. Their is no reason to discriminated again one set group of people and you have no right to do so. I believe the people who did vote no, do not have open minds. People who believe the religious aspects of marriage, yes do not have anything about people getting married of the same sex, but it also does not say that same-sex marriage is wrong. Everyone should express themselves no matter what their sexual orientation is.
