Women crying is a very hard thing to see and you have to be one cold bastard to not be affected. And he still stole money and her phone. As part of our survival mechanism, we automatically categorize everyone we encounter by gender, by size, etc. Our brains have done this for a few billion years and it won't stop any time soon. Also, anyone who works in sales has to further categorize people. Pre-judging people and putting them into categories is perfectly normal and natural - what we DO with that information and how we act on it; that's what makes it right or wrong. (more)

Since I've been sick for the last few days and feeling melancholy, these two songs that remind me of my boyfriend that I buried a long time ago were the first to pop into my mind.
